Students in the Middle School Stop-Motion Elective visited our lower grade assembly to share some of the projects they completed during their class. They explained what stop motion is, and then they described the process they went through to create stop motion movies of their own. Students cheered as they watched a movie about a high speed car race and were fascinated to see chess pieces come to life in an action-packed chess match. During a Q&A, lower grade students asked a lot of questions about the movie-making process and the technology used. You could hear students saying, “That’s cool” and  “Can we try that?”
